Updated descriptions to items in Central Park

Added access descriptors to Dow Chemical HQ and Plant. Added data about construction zone that also tore up a baseball field. Most edits were to a small plaza along Saginaw Rd, to update the correct businesses and add in hours.

Removed handicap tag after another user pointed out that it was an incorrect tag usage.

Changed some footpath data in Averill Preserve

Marked basic outline of LFC's Averill Preserve

Updated some buildings with info that they are designed by Alden B Dow

Added basic information about CMOHC building/parking lot
